Each student’s tuition includes a non-refundable $50 processing fee. While tuition is non-refundable once rehearsals begin, if a serious medical condition prevents a chorister from completing the choir year, a prorated refund may be given at the discretion of the Administrator.
Choir and class sizes are limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning with returning families. Tuition fees will be returned promptly if the choir size limitation is reached.
Fornew choristers, assignment to a particular choir is tentative for registration purposes. Directors may opt to place students in choirs based on their ability rather than age, as appropriate. Actual placement will be determined by the directors at the 8/1/19 and 8/23/19 auditions for new and advancing choristers. Tuition adjustments may be necessary at that time.
For returning choristers advancing to a new choir, plan to schedule an audition on 8/1/19 or 8/23/19.
For returning Laudate choristers, schedule a Voice Part Assessment on Wednesday, June 26, or if necessary, on one of the audition dates above.
We have read the complete Membership Guidelines (found on the website) and agree to abide by all policies.
We will schedule an audition after registration is confirmed (new registrants and those advancing into a new choir).
We will schedule a Voice Part Assessment after registration is confirmed (returning Laudate members).
We have recorded all mandatory rehearsals and concerts on our calendar.
We agree that the chorister(s) in our family will attend all mandatory rehearsals and concerts.
We understand the dress code and concert attire requirements and are willing to abide by them.
I (parent) agree to participate in an online parent meeting and fulfill a parent service commitment.
I (parent) will print out the Consent and Liability Waiver Form and the Medical Release Form and bring them to the first rehearsal.
